~Wedding day time line (indicates all timing and flow of the day)
~Ceremony assistance
Instruct attendants and family of their duties, set-up of ceremony site (unity candle, programs, etc...),
organize wedding party for processional and recessional, start attendants and bride down the aisle, fluff
brides dress, and work with musicians on cues. Assist photographer in rounding up family, friends, and
wedding party for photos.
~Reception Assistance
Set up of favors, guest book, escort cards, table numbers, table cameras, cake table, favors, etc... Make
sure tables are organized, set up correctly with the right number of chairs, favors etc... Welcome guests,
assist them with seating, gift table location, and guest book sign in. Assist the band/DJ with timing of grand
entrance. Coordination of events at reception (introductions, first dance, dining, cake cutting, etc...)
~Behind~the~scenes items such as making sure the food does not run out, acting as a liaison to the
kitchen/banquet manager, to serve the needs of the bride and groom as well as their family and anyone
requiring special assistance.
~Oversee vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
~Distribute final payments/tips to vendors
~Display gifts, wrap top layer of cake, wash and pack the toasting flutes and cake servers
~Collection of the gifts at the reception and packing them in designated car at the end of the night
~Pack all items at the end of the night in a designated car
~ Our presence at your wedding ensures that everything runs smoothly and as scheduled
~Unlimited time of 2 coordinators on your wedding day (we are the first to arrive and the last to leave)
~Unlimited correspondence by phone and email
~Minimum of 2 face to face meetings during your planning process

| R.S.V.P. Service No time to worry about who is coming and who forgot to RSVP? Have your RSVP's sent directly to us, we will keep track of them, mail out any OOT mailings to the appropriate guests, and keep you up to date on who is coming and who is not. We will also contact those who have not responded. $100 (for up to 200 guests) |
